The organization was founded in 2003 with a vision to explore the potential of improvisation in performance, education, and business. The goal was to create an organization that was as successful artistically as it was business minded. It was to be a marriage of creativity and intellect with the goal of providing quality performances, education, outreach, and training to the San Francisco Bay Area. Focus would be paid to using only well-trained teachers and coaches in our customized and innovative programs. Later in the beginning... As the company grew, restructuring, rethinking, and redevelopment brought about positive changes - one of the co-founders left to pursue other adventures, new personelle were added to the team, and a more focused mission took the reigns. Kimberly's passion for arts in education and experience in the corporate determined a primary focus on the educational and corporate realms, with the performance and studio classes playing a lesser role. NOW & INTO THE FUTURE: We strive to keep ourselves small, focused, and remain passionately committed to our goal to 'be the change we want in the world'. We have seen the impact and life-changing effect these programs have in shifting paradigms and allowing people to look at the subject matter with a new and inspired perspective.
